We welcome willing volunteers interested in direct service at our partnered children's education centers
and Right Winners Training Center in Arusha City. There are many ways you can contribute:
For College Students
- Teaching Assistance: Assist teachers with lesson planning, classroom activities, and one-on-one support for students.
- Skill Workshops: Conduct workshops in IT, language learning, or vocational skills.
- Mentorship Programs: Guide students with encouragement and educational support.
- Organizational Support: Help with admin tasks, fundraising, and extracurricular activities.
- Infrastructure Improvement: Participate in renovations, create learning materials, or organize book drives.
- Health and Hygiene Education: Run health and hygiene awareness sessions.
- Sports & Recreation: Organize sports, arts, and creative recreational activities.
- Community Outreach: Engage parents and communities in supporting education.
- Counseling & Emotional Support: Support students with personal challenges and resilience-building.
- Career Guidance & Job Placement: Offer career sessions, mock interviews, and job support.
- Digital Literacy: Teach computer basics and internet literacy.
For Small Children Centers
- Teaching Assistance: Support foundational learning in language, numeracy, and socialization.
- Interactive Learning: Lead story-time, arts, music, and sensory play activities.
- Health & Nutrition Support: Assist with meals, hygiene, and healthy lifestyle awareness.
- Playground Supervision: Ensure safe outdoor play and teamwork among children.
- Language Development: Encourage storytelling, rhymes, and games to build early literacy.
- Parent Engagement: Support parent workshops and family literacy activities.
- Emotional Support: Help children build confidence and emotional skills.
- Safety & Hygiene: Maintain clean and safe environments at the daycare center.
